May I ask as to what these Talismans and Crystals are used for?

I know that the Talismans are used to refine but is the Refine NPC working?

And also does anyone know where 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grade Talismans are dropped O.O

I don't really know about talismans but I think they add to your equip. You can get 1st - 3rd talismans from the pigs at "/go 16" Junon Clan Field. Hope that helped Very Happy

Talismans are working... but the refine rates aren't so great. Also, not to mention, you get stuff free under 95 from the GM .
